Questions from a Cat

As suggested in “Awe-Manac” (by Jill Badonsky), I made a list of questions my cat might ask.

The following are posed by Benedict (aka Bennie), my orange tabby.

Why did you have to mess with my launch pad? You know the top of the étagère is one of my favorite places! I’m sorry I totaled your new flat-screen TV, but it’s really your fault.

Why do you stop patting me when I’m not ready for you to stop?

Why do you stand up before I’m done sitting in your lap?

Why does Bonnie get the best spot in the sun sometimes?

Do you really get it that I understand English? First clue: When you say, “I’m going to bed now,” and I run in and jump on your bed before you can get there.

About twofelines

What to say? I love my family and friends. I also love kids, cats, and books. Oh, and potato chips and Cheez-its. I am a retired teacher who still loves to be in the classroom, so now I am a substitute teacher.

Love it! Wondering why crashing the flat screen tv is your fault though…

Love this! My cat would ask, why aren’t the radiators warm at all times?
